First year at Boulder Creek we had no complaints. In the last year we’ve had an issue with the police parking outside our unit nearly weekly for months. One night the cops kicked in our neighbor’s door and we learned there was an ongoing domestic violence issue going on. During this time we were concerned about our safety and weren’t sure what was going on. Convenient location. The maintenance staff does an amazing job - shoutout to Fehim! Unfortunately, the REIT which owns this complex charges more than they should - the police are here 1-2 times a month, undergrads who have never lived independently are obnoxious, multiple drug dealers operating, you can hear neighbors sneeze.

I can't say enough good things about living here! Everyone who works here just makes this place feel magical. I submitted a work request for our stair breaking apart a little bit and Fehim kept me updated every step (haha) of the way, until it was fixed! Fehim is amazing at what he does here and he is always SO friendly and communicative. The management team is equally as amazing too. We were only supposed to be here for 1 year and we are going on 3 so that tells you somethin <3

This repair was completed so thoroughly, so immediately. When it comes to maintenance, I feel very well cared for here.
