I can't say enough good things about living here! Everyone who works here just makes this place feel magical. I submitted a work request for our stair breaking apart a little bit and Fehim kept me updated every step (haha) of the way, until it was fixed! I've been in this community for two years, & I wanted to leave a thank you. I did not know a soul when I moved here, & the views, the people, the proximity, & watching the dogs play in the dog park behind my place has been healing! Being able to walk everywhere - including 10:30 at night to the grocery store - has been safe & great for minimal driving. Being within 5 minutes from million dollar homes, right next to the park/trails has kept up my step count! Every time I needed assistance, I received correspondence right away... read more
It is impossible to reach anyone from management; they have replaced all communication channels with a useless AI bot that keeps giving the same automated answers. Extremely frustrating and poor service.
We have loved living at Boulder Creek! Going into our third year. The maintenance and management staff are super responsive, rent is reasonable for all offered. We use the pool and hot tub often which we love, and can’t beat the location, super walkable to so many south Boulder things! Very quiet and safe area, everybody we live near is very nice too. The more frequent shut down of the street parking right outside our building has been a frustrating part because there is no where to park your car for a long way, but I know t... read more
