I haven't even lived there for a month and have had so many issues. To start there was no heaters in the bedrooms which was fine. However, as I checked the apartment out closer, I had no hot water to shower, the bathroom sink wasn't connected, the stove had no power, then this morning at 2am my car was towed from my own designated parking spot. The only bright side has been the Maintenance Tech, he's very fast and friendly.
I love living at Boulder Creek in Garden City. The property is consistently clean and well maintained—the landscaping, walkways, and shared areas are always tidy. What stands out most is the community: residents are courteous and respectful, which makes day-to-day life peaceful. If you’re looking for a clean, well-kept apartment community with good neighbors, this is it.
I've been living at boulder creek fro a few years and seen managments come and go, but this one is the best management team we've ever had. They are quick responsive and caring, in both day to day life and emergencies! We couldn't be in better hands.
