I had a fairly painful spinal fusion procedure at BCH.  I had a great experience.  I’ve had other surgeries at different Hospitals in Colorado Springs that I had terrible experiences at.  So I’m a veteran of hospital stays unfortunately haha.    The nurses were great.  My hospital PA was great, MY PT was great.  The food from cafeteria was good as well, and they responded quickly to fill my needs.  No onle likes to stay at a hospital.  But my stay here wasn’t bad at all thanks to great folks working here…..Matt Knight

This review is not 1 star because of the quality of care, the care was wonderful, but instead, it is due to the financial assistance and billing offices lack of concern for offering affordable healthcare for those without insurance or without quality insurance. I moved to Colorado this past summer and was unfortunate enough to require an unexpected ovarian removal surgery.
