Nice guy and good at his work. He's right when he said there was some miscommunication and not a big deal over $25.00 travel fee and we should have to taken the time to ask for a clearer explanation about the thermostat and ask for a brand new one. Not his fault at all. He really did do a great job. Thank you for responding to my first review and sorry about it. Good to know they are looked and taken into account.

During Snowmagedon in March 2026 I needed a new furnace, I called Nick and he was here same day and new furnace was installed 2 days later!!! Very nice young man, made sure I understood everything and was very professional. Excellent service and I was a very happy customer. I will definitely recommend this company

Had major HVAC emergency during the Easter holiday. Nick gave us excellent and cordial service and even provided us with heaters because the furnace was not working. We will only deal with him in future.

After calling reliance 4 times and having them send in-house techs, Nik showed up at my house. Needless to say I wasn’t happy about my furnance still dropping below 60. He had great patience with a grouchy customer, despite it not being anything he did. Problem was diagnosed and parts ordered. During casual conversation, other issues became apparent to which he addressed. Taking the time to educate was much appreciated. I’ll request Nik every time now.
