I appreciated the service that Nick gave. He made himself available and promptly came when I had an issue with my system. He was honest with the small mistake he made, took ownership of it and quickly fixed it. He communicated well and explained how the system works and what to do to keep it running smoothly.
We had a new furnace installed by Nick and can highly recommend his service for the quality, efficiency and neatness.
I called on a Sunday expecting to leave a message and Nik answered the phone! He came out and checked a no cooling situation on my AC unit. Diagnosed the problem and ordered the required part.
