I spent over 30 minutes just trying to reschedule an appointment and ended up having to go to the office in person because the phone reps made it impossible. I called the number they texted me, and the first rep immediately went on a power trip—forcing a completely unnecessary insurance “verification” that dragged on for over 10 minutes.
