I spent over 30 minutes just trying to reschedule an appointment and ended up having to go to the office in person because the phone reps made it impossible. I called the number they texted me, and the first rep immediately went on a power trip—forcing a completely unnecessary insurance “verification” that dragged on for over 10 minutes. My family has been with Orlando Health for years, and we have NEVER had to verify insurance just to reschedule. I went to Dr Micheal Bougoulias, in 2017. I complained of movements in my spine, causing my neck to arch backwards. He got frustrated with me and discharged me. Seven years later, I am diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder. Unfortunately, my entire spine is blown out because it was not diagnosed in a timely manner. Dr. Bougoulias did not even refer me to a neurologist in 2017. I had to seek out doctors by myself. I don’t recommend this doctor for anything, but the general medical field which any doctor can handle.
