Dr Boughanem was clear and patient during consultation.He inspired confidence in me. At the hospital he was friendly and very positive pre-op.After my surgery I was able to walk and be self sufficient. I did not take the Oxycontin, did not need it. The terrible pain was gone. A short time of small pain after, but now I am pain free , 21 days post-op. Dr. B. did a super terrific treatment and I am so very pleased with the result.
Dr. Boughanem is highly skilled and has an honest compassionate manner. His office staff is excellent and some of the best on the island. I highly recommend him for severe joint problems.
The wait time is RIDICULOUS. Like 1.5 hours to 2 hours wait after your scheduled appointment. They require extra xrays from their specific office even if you have prior xrays from your PCP. Dr. is very knowledgeable and compassionate, but is very eager to do surgery without trying less invasive treatments first.
Doctor Jay And Doctor Omar are the best
Very good doctor. And Dr. Omar, they make sure you have X-rays done before seeing them. Improvement is a must and if you have a fall back, he makes sure you are taken care with proper medication... he is very straight forward. Though he is a very busy Dr., appointments you may wait for a while.. So far it's worth it .
