We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday. She ordered the prime rib & I had the shellfish platter along with their prickly pear margarita. Everything was delicious. Our waitress was excellent & extremely attentive even though we were a party of 7. We will be back!
Server was very nice and we enjoyed the table side guacamole. Our tortilla soup was very good but both of our entrees were horrible. We ended up leaving them uneaten. Server asked if there was a problem and we told him we did not care for the items but they did not make any adjustments to our bill.
Amazing, plain and simple. The joint was jammed packed and very noisy, but the food and service made up for it. My only suggestion would be, they remove the 4 top next to the kitchen entry...3 couples were reseated while I was there, other than that, just really good, clean food. Definitely recommend as a “must go” place while in town.
9 of us met here on one of their busiest nights of the year, the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The service was excellent- even when two tableside guacamole’s were ordered. Everyone loved their food, from filet mignon to the wood grilled haddock filet. Of course the prickly pear margaritas were a hit too & did not disappoint. This is our 3rd trip to Boudro’s & we will continue to dine here for their wonderful food & service. Bravo!
Love this place. The food is awesome. When you get a reservation they will take you on time. I have to have eat over here every time I visit San Antonio. Try the duck they have so delicious. The service is wonderful. You should try this restaurant at least once ��
We arrived in San Antonio on Thanksgiving afternoon. After getting settled in at the Marriott we checked with the Concierge and they recommended Boudro’s for dinner. When we arrived, we were placed on a waiting list and told it would be about 30 minutes. We requested outside seating and were told, it may be a little longer of a wait but to check back in 30 minutes. We strolled down the Riverwalk and returned 25 minutes later. Great food, atmosphere and staff!! Somehow our reservation was lost and the hostess didn’t qusestion us, sat us immediately. The food was great, I opted for the quail and my girlfriend the coconut shrimp. The quail was good but the shrimp was off the charts!!! Table side guacamole was great too! Excellent place!!
Everything was great. Food was fabulous and the kitchen is extremely efficient getting food out. Only complaint is my server telling me the restaurant encourages cash tips when I paid with my credit card. Just rubbed me the wrong way.
Quite possibly the best steak dinner I have ever tasted! Our party enjoyed the blackened prime rib, mahi mahi, Texas Filet and Frites, and filet - ALL were wonderful!!!
