Food is great here! Noisy but if it's nice outside great for people watching @ pier 39.
They run out bread and the app doesn’t sync their in store inventory. This means trip to the store is wasted and I have to go back to the store the next day. I would also be okay with all this inconvenience but having to stand back in line and providing evidence of purchase multiple times to different staff members on different days is exhausting.
I always place my orders online to avoid waiting. The pickup times are usually scheduled two hours or more in advance, yet every time I arrive to pick up my order, I still end up waiting. I often see employees talking and not acknowledging me. I continue to come back because I enjoy the food, but I am not happy with the service.
Alexis was very helpful and attentive, she went above and beyond too make sure i had everything i needed & made me feel comfortable 10/10 definitely recommend and will be back!!
