The server (Alejandr) working on Jan 3, 2026 needs training. He wasn't welcoming and in a bad mood. The blossom hill Boudin has much better customer service. He sliced my loaf but left the ends of my loaf. Maybe he was having a bad day or something, but this is not typical of Boudin service we're used to.
There's always something tasty on the menu at Boudin. Whether you want a big sandwich, some hot soup, or a big loaf of sourdough, they got you covered. Especially if you want all of the above. They have a brie and apple grilled cheese sandwich which is astounding.
Added 12/2/2925 once again got home and they failed to include my full order. A French dip sandwich without the dipping broth is just a blah, boring sandwich. Over the years, they much too frequently miss items from our order. (see previous descriptions below) Reasonably good food, not inexpensive, but very expensive when you do not get all you order and pay for. We ordered the "You Pick Two" option to go at this Panera Bread location, for $15.08 plus tip. The photo shows the tiny portions we received. Needless to say, we won't be back. We highly recommend Boudin SF on Prospect Road in San Jose, near Trader Joe's. Boudin SF easily gives customers more than twice the size of Panera Bread portions. Boudin SF also has a two-item combo with hearty portions and excellent quality.
Loved the food, service was amazing and sat outside on balcony, amazing view!!
