I only had to use the restroom. I stood in front of the counter for at least 5 minutes maybe even 7 minutes, both the women didn’t even bother to greet me upon seeing me. To be fare I gave the food a better rating than the service because I don’t want to detour people from eating here I just want management to know the lack of service offered when they are gone.

I goto the Irvine location all the time and the tuna melt is top notch. Went to the HB location today for the first time and the tuna melt was terrible. Bread was soggy and the sandwich was poorly made. I won't be coming back to the HB location again.
