Love my Free Bread! Everyone is friendly and willing to help!
My son loves the clam chowder sourdough bread bowl so we picked one up to go, along with a chocolate shake. Normally service is... fine. Impersonal and not exactly friendly or cheerful, but the cashier person today was downright dour. Zero smile, did her job reluctantly, even seemed annoyed we were there making her work. I don't necessarily blame her - it could be an issue or poor management, overworked and underpaid staff, etc. But it definitely put us off from returning. SOMEone needs to do better SOMEwhere.
This place is horrible. Bread is not fresh. Super dry and felt old. If you are a bread connoisseur stay away from this place! Just spent 48 dollars totally wasted. Even supermarket crossaints are better. I'm very disappointed. (Breakfast was also not good and not even warm.)
Worst break food ever!! All the bread we bought seemed to be days old!
Unfortunately their promo of 50% off clam chowder bread bowl today, 2/25/26, was unavailable. This location had run out of bread bowls and all loaves of bread. So we ordered just the delicious clam chowder. Really missed the bread to go with it. And, even more importantly to me was the poor quality of service we received by the host/cashier.
