I ordered a shipment for a Christmas gift and it arrived with moldy cheese and they have refused to replace it. . . .these people suck.
Been in the biz over 10 years, and I have to say this place is amazing. Went in for the first time this week with my girlfriend and had friendly hospitable service from start to finish. A creative and well designed menu made it tough to choose, but I went with the California Baguette Burger. It was incredible! The manager Jay even stopped by and said hello, and made sure we had a great time. I will definitely be back!
I got the special pulled pork on jalapeño bread. Flavor was good but the sandwich was smaller than my hand. My son's grilled cheese was twice the size. Having worked in restaurants for 35 years I can guarantee there was less than 3oz of meat. Very disappointed. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Coffee was empty at 6:30 though.
The cashier was friendly but didn't know about the check-in process for the app rewards. The food is very tasty but the baguette on my sandwich was too hard to bite through. They fixed it but still was an inconvenience both for situations. I still like Boudin, though, and will be back.

I went here last week for lunch and was really pleased. The staff was very friendly and service was fast. I love their chicken Caesar salad and clam chowder
