Boucher's is my go-to places of all my heating and AC. problems. They have replaced several systems in both my home and rentals. No high pressure. They don't do more than needed to fix the problem. Bill is very knowledgeable and honest and upfront with you. And they have fair prices for both services and replacement work.

Honest, professional and informative. Called Boucher's to give me a quote for a basement project. Bill was polite, informational, and despite turning down the job spent an additional 15 minutes walking through the competitors plan offering tips on how it would work best. With how helpful and polite the quote went, we called back to have them help with a boiler issue on our property. Had a company look at my AC unit and they said I need a whole new one. Called Bouchers for a second opinion and got it working on the spot. The technician was just as pissed as I was. And that says everything about that company
They responded same day on a furnace shutting off intermittently. They diagnosed issue and had me up and running within an hour. I also use them for annual checkups. I never feel like they're trying to oversell me
