Honest, professional and informative. Called Boucher's to give me a quote for a basement project. Bill was polite, informational, and despite turning down the job spent an additional 15 minutes walking through the competitors plan offering tips on how it would work best. With how helpful and polite the quote went, we called back to have them help with a boiler issue on our property. They responded same day on a furnace shutting off intermittently. They diagnosed issue and had me up and running within an hour. I also use them for annual checkups. I never feel like they're trying to oversell me
