Very nice to check other reviews from dissatisfied customers because I am not the only one and for the specialty butcher located in Atwater market, you guys definitely have a lot to improve. Arriving at 1:30pm on Friday before long weekend, there were at least 6-7 guys working at the store; 2-3 guys working on packing larger orders while casually talking to each other giggling, 1 guy at the cash serving the client and 2 guys talking to his buddies. Nous avons eu droit à un accueil hautain de la part de l’homme plus âgé sur place, qui est allé jusqu’à marmonner, en nous regardant, à l’oreille de son jeune collègue vers qui nous sommes allés après. Quelle attitude! Quant à la viande choisie et très chère payée, la qualité n’y était tout simplement pas: le steak était mal tranché (os et gras très épais, viande au milieu très mince) et contenait plus de gras que de viande — et on ne parle pas de persillage ici. C’était notre dernière visite.
