By far the best butcher at Atwater Market! The chicken and beef are always excellent quality, full of flavour, and great value. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and take the time to recommend the right cuts based on what you’re making, not just what they want to sell. My go-to spot for chicken thighs and great cuts of beef. Highly recommend!

Very nice to check other reviews from dissatisfied customers because I am not the only one and for the specialty butcher located in Atwater market, you guys definitely have a lot to improve. Arriving at 1:30pm on Friday before long weekend, there were at least 6-7 guys working at the store; 2-3 guys working on packing larger orders while casually talking to each other giggling, 1 guy at the cash serving the client and 2 guys talking to his buddies.
