Disappointing that they were $7k less in trade value on my on trade for the exact same new Hyundai model with similar MSRP at a competing Hyundai dealer. My preference would have been to buy locally, but can’t justify the value difference on my trade in… I recommend checking around Update: After checking with their affiliate Chrysler dealer they were able to increase the trade in value on my vehicle and cut the trade in value difference to $3.5K
Took vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation, the tech working on the vehicle sent the someone out to say my cabin air filter is dirty and recommended a new one, the thing is I just put a new one in not even 12 hours earlier and had only 20 miles used to get to the dealership, There is no way they even checked it and just claimed guessing that I needed a new one, won’t be returning here as they are only out for your money
Very good experience. The salesman wasn’t pushy. The day after purchase we went back and he spent a couple hours explaining all the bells and whistles. I have also phoned him with a couple of questions and he was very helpful
