Very nice
I traveled from Missouri to Wisconsin to purchase my Escalade from Boucher Cadillac which primarily resulted from my constant communication with Joe Hacker, who was AWESOME! I found Joe to be straightforward and a great guy in every aspect of my dealings with him regarding my seamless purchase. Both Joe Hacker and Sam Khalid were very professional and followed through with everything as agreed to.
Thanks for the great buying experience and communication across state lines with negotiations before driving up to purchase a great Cadillac CT5.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the second Boucher dealer that has lied to me and given me the middle finger. They lied to me during the negotiation and then again when I was closing the deal, and they technically sold the car to me ILLEGALLY!!! They will respond to this review saying that none of this is true, but trust me, stay as far away from the Boucher group as you can!
