Will use him again. Joe did an inspection for us. He did notice a major problem with the roof that seller did not disclose(seller knew about it), and gave us an option of proceeding with inspection or addressing roof issue and if settled he would come back finish and then charge us. I felt he did honest inspection for us and will us him again. Not too fast, not too slow Joe Bottone is a very knowledgable home inspector. I've been at inspections that last 3 hours or more. Joe is just as thorough, but gets it done just a little faster-so that you can get home and keep packing the moving boxes! He provides a great written report.
