We did a great limited scope review of food costing and staffing policies and procedures, including interviews of 12 team members. Got great value and insights on ways to improve the business going forward. Access to templates and procedures to make the future look brighter. This was great money spent. Wish I had done it sooner.

This is the BEST caterer in Chicago, hands down. I use them for my private jet clients to supply onboard meals, and their service is as excellent as their food. I have very unique needs which can be quite demanding and rarely with much notice, and David is always willing and happy to do what it takes to accommodate. Our nonprofit facility contacted Bottom Line Profits Restaurant Consulting to assist us in efficiently utilizing our kitchen and storage space. David not only provided us with an easy-to- follow inventory system, but he led my kitchen team in cleaning out our old storage space and filling the new storage space in the same day, so production was not affected for more than a day. BLP gave us the jump start and the direction we needed.
