This company hands down so far is Sooooooo AMAZING 100☆if you ask me. From start to midway so far EVERYTHING has been top notch. They are EXTREMELY professional, polite, AND ON TIME!!!!! They called to give me an exact time they would be there ("23 minutes out") which matched their proposal time exactly. Recently purchased a home - decided to update the flooring and kitchen. I had BottomZupp remove all of the flooring throughout the house as well as the kitchen cabinets. They did a great job for a reasonable price. They took great care to try to keep the dust out of other areas of the house. It's not really possible, but they did their best to minimize it. They stayed until the job was done and finished the clean up.
My realtor referred me to Bottom Zupp as he recommends them all the time. My initial contact I believe was with the owner, he put me in touch with Brooks, who was amazing, very thorough reassuring, very competent, with a voice you want to hear when they're about to rip apart your home, lol. TBH I was FORCED to use another company because the crappy builder who caused the initial flooring issue wouldn't allow. "I recently hired Bottom Zupp for a major renovation and they are easily the best flooring removal company in the area. Thank you rick for squeezing me in last minute I really appreciate it. They removed 400 sq ft of glue-down wood flooring in a living room and 200 sq ft of tile in a kitchen, leaving the subfloor perfectly prepped and ready to install the new floors. Their crew was professional, fast, and remarkably clean. If you need dust-free floor removal, I highly recommend them!
