Bottom Zupp did a great job with removing the glued down hardwood flooring at my moms townhouse! Dominick came in on his riding floor remover, and pulled the wood and glue right up. Then his crew took it all out in trash cans, and they did a great clean up afterwards. Very professional and well done!
This company hands down so far is Sooooooo AMAZING 100☆if you ask me. From start to midway so far EVERYTHING has been top notch. They are EXTREMELY professional, polite, AND ON TIME!!!!! They called to give me an exact time they would be there ("23 minutes out") which matched their proposal time exactly. Recently purchased a home - decided to update the flooring and kitchen. I had BottomZupp remove all of the flooring throughout the house as well as the kitchen cabinets. They did a great job for a reasonable price. They took great care to try to keep the dust out of other areas of the house. It's not really possible, but they did their best to minimize it. They stayed until the job was done and finished the clean up.
