My renter moved out & hired this cheap carpet cleaning company to do the final clean! She should have read ALL these horrible reviews first. You cant even tell someone cleaned! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE JOB! I called & asked would they please go back out & atleast take a look!! Patrick said sure sure....i call back & they now decided -no they wont!! They need to learn customer service! Not a fan :/ our family would rather risk doing our floors DIY than use this company.
Had my carpet cleaned by Bottom Dollar Carpet this morning.....won't make that mistake again! How can anyone clean living room, 1 bedroom, hallway in 30 minutes, $114 later? (They didn't even have to move anything but the couch!) ...was rude and complained about the dog hair! Hello!!
