Come here a lot with my friends & wife and honestly love it. Recently though it’s kinda smelled like a porta potty which isn’t awesome but services/food is really good. Also please get a door for the mens stall. Shower curtain for a door is👎🏻. Also stop letting the bartender play sexual music this isn’t the strip club lol
Customer service here is seriously lacking. Nobody answers the phone or returns phone calls, and emails go completely unanswered. During my visit, the bartender was more focused on their phone than on the customers, which made the experience even worse. To make matters more frustrating, I was double-charged on my card after paying in cash. I received no help resolving this issue and honestly feel like my money was taken with no accountability. So before I rate this place highly let me bash one of the servers real quick. Shay is terrible. We got here right at opening planning to stay until close. She never checked on us, she never came by. She told me “oh I didn’t forget your (bottled) drink they’re just changing the keg”. I told the server that was taking care of us “hey I’m gonna tab out then open with you” 2 hours later Shay comes by and says “hey I still have your tab just lmk when you wanna tab out”. When there on Friday January 30 2026 I payed my bill and then got another charge on my credit card Saturday, be careful check your account
I hosted approximately 70 of my team associates at Bottle Rockets. The staff was great to work with... food was very good and atmosphere was fun. Thanks to Corey and your staff!
