I love my bottle free water system. No more chlorine smell just good water every time I or my family turn on the tap. And when washing clothes or dishes we barly use any soap the water does most of the work itself
We have had our system for about a year now and we love it. To actually taste and see the difference in our water is great. Now I actually enjoy drinking a cold glass of ice water. Our dogs love it too. Especially the crystal clear ice cubes.
Great organization and my water is so much cleaner now.

There product is great. I've had no problems with the system. I add salt and keep up with my filter changes. I no longer purchase bottle water and is skin is nor as dry from my showers.
Please don't be fooled into purchasing a water softner if you are on a public water supply. I decided to participate in the survey curious to understand this company's objective and try to receive that free vacation, but I decided to decline their offer. Your town or city's municipality is required to test for several parameters including chlorine, iron, nitrates, nitrites, metals, fecal/total coliforms, THMs, HAAs and in some cases copper and lead. My water filtration system was in need of repair and the old company that used to service it was terrible.
