We love Bottle Free Water and our filtration system. It's nice to not have to buy bottles of water or filters for the refrigerator. When we go out of town, we really miss our water. They also come once a year to check on our system, water quality, and make sure everything is running properly. They are fantastic!!!

While the customer service has been fantastic and the reminders when it's time to service the unit have also been fantastic, the installation of the system was not a good one. They tore up my sprinkler system and illegally removed a mandated piece of equipment to the sprinkler system and have yet to fix the issue 2 years or so later. I called on multiple occasions but they have failed to follow through assuming it'll blow over. My water tastes really good now. Before, it was full of impurities and had a terrible taste.
