Bummed about this experience. Called ahead because I have short hair that I am trying to grow out. It's in that awkward phase, so I wanted it shaped without losing too much length, so I requested someone who is really comfortable with short hair. I have been seeing Shelbi for over a year. I randomly picked Shelbi after reading reviews and I’m so lucky I did. I was unhappy with my hair color and look. She has taken the time to listen, brainstorm ideas, try new things and be honest about what might work and what won’t. I struggle with my gray hairs and as someone with naturally dark hair it’s a challenge (unless you want to be in the chair every 4 weeks). Shelbi has helped me realize that I can love my hair! I’ve been coming to Stacie for years and I always have such an amazing experience! She is extremely skilled and she’s seen me through so many hair styles - short, long, red, balayage, fox tail, you name it. She’s there to talk through/brainstorm any styles/colors I’m thinking about, and she always kills it. Literally every time I’ve left the salon, I’ve received compliments from strangers on the street.
