We were first timers ! The dinners were delicious !The service was great explained the dinners ! Cost a 4 but the food was definantly a 5 !! We will be back !
Chicken was undercooked and was like rubber, they bird feed you(portions small) and when I asked for manager she wouldnt comp or make it right, then upsell me a more expensive dish, was far from receptive and apologetic, poor customer service and Ive dined everywhere in Western Mass and Connecticut. Will not be coming back here.
Food is always amazing at Bottega Cucina! Great wine dinners also.
Everything is amazing three! The food, the service, the beer and wine!!! Ever time we go, there is some new culinary treasure waiting to totally wow us!
