I urge everyone to read these reviews. This office staff makes the experience of PEDIATRIC dr absolutely awful. They are rude, not too bright, and condescending. Again, this is a pediatrician office. You have parents with sick kids or maybe a child who doesn’t do well at Drs and the last thing any parent needs is to deal with AWFUL staff. - most of the reviews complain about the front desk staff….. yet nothing has been done to correct it? We’re just okay with shitty staff? Pretty insane
HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF. Rude, uneducated, unable to work with people. Doesn't stay true to appointment times, barely answers the phones as is. I recommend literally anywhere but this office.
This review is for the lactation consultant who works at this office, Kristin Glaab-Chanda. She was so kind to me, no pressure and gave me encouragement and tips to incorporate into my pumping. Lactation consultants can be hit or miss, and I definitely recommend Kristin for a positive experience!
My son has been attending for 10 years now. Love my NP Zimmerman and her nurses, but in the last few years the front desk help have been horrible. Also new policies that I guess are out of their control. I was told my kids had to stand in the cold hallway or go to our car till we are called because my kids had a cough and runny nose!
