Terrible service lol I’m not sure how are they even open and operating?
Kelly Zimmerman the NP is HANDS DOWN THE BEST! We have been seeing Kelly for almost 5 years now for both my children. We have had to see other physicians in the office if my kids are sick and we need to get in. I have never had a poor interaction with any of the physicians. We moved, and we still drive an hour to see Kelly.
I urge everyone to read these reviews. This office staff makes the experience of PEDIATRIC dr absolutely awful. They are rude, not too bright, and condescending. Again, this is a pediatrician office. You have parents with sick kids or maybe a child who doesn’t do well at Drs and the last thing any parent needs is to deal with AWFUL staff. - most of the reviews complain about the front desk staff….. yet nothing has been done to correct it? We’re just okay with shitty staff? Pretty insane
