Bonnie does great work. She is very knowledgeable of anatomy, and genuinely cares about my well being. She is thorough in her assessment of my individual treatment. Her massage techniques are healing, and she gave me exercises and stretches to work on at home.
I just had my first session with Bonnie, and I’m honestly blown away. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could! She has an incredible understanding of pressure points and deep tissue work. We discussed different areas that needed work and every movement she made felt intentional and deeply healing. Bonnie is a good listener, has a gentle touch & is knowledgeable in many massage styles/modalities. She’s friendly & remembers problem areas, working with a goal in mind. Hard to come by, this one!
I book a massage within the first few days after I fly in to visit family. This was my second visit and it was fantastic. Bonnie was able to focus on an area of tendinitis and myofascial release get me moving easier. Flying is always hard on me and her work is such a relief! Don't pass this up!
Bonnie was amazing. I have been dealing with lower back and achilles pain with no relief from general massage. Having completed PT, I was ready to explore additional relief options and she came highly recommended. My appointment today was an eye opener into true focused muscle, tendon, and nerve relief. Bonnie also spent time going over additional things I can work on at home to continue relief and we even made a video so I could correctly repeat what I learned today. Thank you!!
