Bloodwork sent to lab with no / wrong testing code, patient portal messages never received / responded to, appointment made don’t show up on the schedule when you walk in, sit in the exam room for 30 min because staff and doctor forgot about you. Stay away.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Syra Hanif for a while now, and I’m really impressed with the results! I’ve had some filler treatments, and my face looks much more refreshed without looking overdone. I also tried a bit of laser treatment, and my skin’s looking smoother than ever. The staff is super friendly, and Dr. Syra Hanif really listens and explains everything. Highly recommend – though I did forget to ask a question last time, but she’s always patient with me!
Dr syra has been amazing throughout my televisit session, and discuss the possibility of getting botox injections for my forehead lines. She checked my facial movements via the camera and provided a few recommendations based on my skin. She also talked about the procedure type of botox to be used, and aftercare needed. Super talented, and professional.

I'm writing a review, because this place is great. They where patient with me. And The doctor was great, she toke me in, she helped me. I was able to do telehealth. Pick up my medication, with no problem. I recommend anyone trying to get assistance with you health to contact this doctor.
