Update: I did get my refund for tire rotation that was charged but not done. They commented on review and acknowledged the miss. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for service. Thank you for reaching out. I went there for my 99,xxx mile service. I opted to have all recommended services. Noticed later that tire rotation not complete. Called to report issue- only because I was charged. They apologized.
