Called Botnick to see if they had an oil change deal. They had a deal for $89.99. Tte guy I spoke with looked me up and asked if it was my 1st service because I have a new truck. I told him it was my 2nd service. I go to pick up my truck and my bill is $240. Told me the special doesnt include diesel oil. That should have been mentioned when I setup the appointment. Just want to say thank you to Matt Rick and Eldon for fixing my suv for “Studder” issue that another dealer was trying to fix a possible transmission issue. Turns out was a sticking caliper leading to heated rotor thus cracking brake pads warping rotor all is fixed. Now a happy camper! Great job guys
