We went to Dr. Botner for what we thought was a shoulder issue. The MRI report, although incomplete, clearly stated nerve related issues on two levels in the neck. When asking questions about the MRI, Dr. Botner was visibly annoyed and continued to bully his way through talking at us. Lake Medical Imaging failed to include the ruptured disc in the report but based on the other reported results, Dr. Botner should have referred us to a neurosurgeon. I am shocked by the report written by Beastie. I have visited Dr. Botner many times over the last 4 years and can attest that what was written by Beastie is further from the truth. Dr. Botner has been a caring, honest and most professional doctor. I would and have trusted the advice he has given me. The results of his treatment and follow up treatment has helped me get back to golfing and swimming. I would recommend him to my friends and family. I have used Dr. Botner's services over the last three years and found him to be an extremely thorough, accurate and articulate diagnostician for a number of sports related (and other) issues both neurological and/or musculoskeletal. He was able to explain what was going on in all cases taking as much time as needed to answer my questions and determine that I fully understood what he was telling me. Dr. Botner was very thorough and patient. His staff was accommodating when I called with a somewhat urgent problem. He explained how one muscle group can affect others and cause referred pain. The trigger point injections he gave me worked great. I would highly recommend him.
