I really enjoyed living there. They were very quiet unless you lived on the train track side. Great management always helpful and no waiting time. Landscaping was always done beautifully. I am actually thinking of contacting Rachel to see if they have any vacancies.

I deliver groceries from Sidney, Ohio and other area Walmart Super Centers. I had the privilege of delivering to this apartment complex today. The apartments are very well kept inside and out beautiful scenery very nice place very nice.
Piss poor maintenance people that do not take care of anything for the elderly that live there and just leave grass clippings everywhere, which Is a safety hazard especially when they use walkers and canes and grass clippings are like black ice. Cant ever get a hold of the lady that runs the place either..I'm gonna be calling the better business bureau and the council on aging to report this non sense!
