My experience with Botika has always been great. Very efficient and really good customer service. My son has severe special needs and most of his prescriptions are done through Botika even though he has Kaiser. They do bubble wrapping which Kaiser pharmacy does not do. They also deliver. Every time I've had to call I've had a good experience with whoever I talk to on the phone.
