April is wonderful. I wish she had her own office.
They don’t have a clue about anything, just want to take your money and make you wait in a room for 30 minutes for nurses only to see you and tell you stuff you could of looked up online. Getting paid to sit on your butts hope you’re happy not helping people, the whole goal of your job…
I came in to the clinic this morning feeling ill. The girl at the front desk, Ashley, was so very professional and did a wonderful job getting me checked in. When April came to the room, she immediately addressed my concerns and in my opinion, went above and beyond by checking the rest of my chart for any other issues (she had already found 1 before she came into the room) and she even got me a new referral sent out and new medication. We NEED more caring providers like April! I’ll come back anytime as long as she’s there!
