The staff is so awesome!
They only really care about billing you over and over and over. No matter if you make payments, new payments will spring out of nowhere. Surprise lab, scan, doctor bills will all be thrown at you with no explanation. Find someone who will put your care and treatment first, not Bothwell.
Had the opportinity to see Dena, a Nurse Practicioner. Exactly as a visit should be. Can't say I apprecaite the Bothwell administration, but with clinical staff like this it's a win!!
