As always, they took great care of me. I've had quite a few visits that's have involved surgeries. Highly recommend.
I received prompt professional service, though ER was busy at a time when I was having uncontrolled hypertension. Denise and others were wonderful and caring.
Bothwell hospital staff was amazing! My father had a one day procedure and we were treated promptly and professionally. Libbey (SDS Nurse), Kasey (Kasly RN), Vickey (CRNA) and Karolina (Scrub Team) were very friendly and attentive. Most especially nurse Libbey, she was a ray of sunshine ensuring she explained everything thoroughly to my father and family attending. Thank you Bothwell! Its service such as this makes coming and using any of their facilities worth sharing.
We lost our Dad and Stepmom. They were at the ER last night, Dad said she was most likely going to be transferred to KU and then his phone went dead. We haven't been able to reach him for hours. Called Bothwell, spoke with a woman named Kris, she went above and beyond to help us find her. Kris even walked down to the ER and spoke with someone who told us where she had been transferred too. Thank you, Kris for going above and beyond to help us in this stressful situation!!
