Absolutely the most incompetent healthcare organization I have ever seen. They tie their excellent doctor’s and nurse’s hands behind their backs with absolutely worthless administration. I could not rate Bothwell any lower. I truly feel sorry for the excellent medical practitioners who deserve better, not to mention patients who are paying top dollar for services and get far from professional, competent service.
