I had to delete my last review to make a new one because I have got to brag on the emergency room dept again and I couldn't make 2 posts. We all hear bad things about bothwells emergency room. The last 2 times I was there I have had good experiences. The RN was Sarah and on-call Dr.Donna. Both were very kind, very attentive, and I was in and out in no time at all. I am terrified of hospitals and did not get one bit anxious. Keep up the good work!
I had to go to the emergency room the other day and ended up staying a few days. I have to say there have been many improvements. Everyone of the hospital staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, safe and cared for! I could not of asked for better care!
They were really slow and very rude and they don’t listen to you
Ive heard a lot of people have bad experiences here, but when i wrecked my car and went, everyone was extremely friendly and i had almost no pain when getting my stitches. I also have a huge fear of needles so i think this deserves my 5 star review.
