Very nice doctors I had a very good experience there !
The doctor was rude and when she squeezed my wrist as hard as she did I've been in pain for a week.
I have always received excellent care, and the staff that checks you in for your appointment are always very professional and caring. The waiting area is clean and comfortable.
Putting just a simple directory at the entrance would really alleviate the stress for anyone visiting this building for the first time. Come on Bothwell, a simple piece of paper at the entry would suffice!
The hospital wait was really long. I am rating the hospital so low because they have employed someone so rude. Dr mark Kilman was a aggressive and rude doctor that did not seem to care about his patients. I have never experienced something so horrible in my life. My mother in law came to get her nerves tested by this doctor. Me and my 3 year old daughter took her to this appointment.
