I've never been insulted by bothwell unlike other medical sites.
Sherry Schwartz is rude with a smile on her face. I've been fighting an infection from a dog bite that she told me to leave uncovered, which was week 2 of stitches and antibiotics. She made snide remarks the entire appointment which made me and my children really uncomfortable. Fast froward to today, 3 days post stitch removal on week 3. I've come to find out through the walk-in, that I was never supposed to leave it uncovered AT ALL other than to clean it. Dr.Tardieu is one of the best doctors I have ever known. She listens and is so kind and compassionate. I am so thankful for her and her staff.
P.A. "Augie" , talked to me like I was stupid. I went in there for anxiety and depression and she told me to "calm down" and said "I can't give you controlled substances" when I didn't ask for any....... Medical professionals should learn about anxiety and depression ..... I had to walk out. I'm not going back. That's ridiculous.
