Honest, fair and talented. Gil and the crew at Bothwells are amazing. I'm a single mom with 3 boys...and three medium to old cars. Highly Reccomend My family has been going to bothwell for years. They are always so friendly and helpful and one of the only places I feel will won't try and take me for my money.
Fixed out car within an hour! My wife had been to the dealership where we bought our car about an electrical issue...several times with no positive result. She went to Bothwell Automotive and within an hour they found the problem! We will from this day on take all our vehicles to Bothwell Automotive not only for the expert mechanical ability but because of the professional way they interact with the community. Bothwell Automotive is great! I've been a customer at Bothwell Automotive for years and I am so pleased with their service. They are hard workers and they tell you the truth about your car's problems. I have never seen the owner/employees treat someone with disrespect. I really recommend this Repair Shop.
Bothwell Automotive is way too expensive Way too expensive. They charged me $200 for a battery replacement $100 for the battery and $100 for labor. This was the second time I was ripped off by them but I thought that the second time around it would be different. You can get cheaper service that is just as great elsewhere.
Great They always do a great job. They are always busy. I can count on them to do the job right the first time so that I do not need to go back and have them re-do it.
Nice mechanics with straightforward answers I've been going to these guys for years with an old car and they've always been wonderful. They let me know what's wrong in straightforward language and they provide great customer service. I get a call back once they've found the problem and they do the work quickly. I would absolutely recommend them.
