What a rip-off!!! They charged me $20 to replace a nose pad. Avoid this place!!! The plastic of one of the nose pads fell off. The front desk lady replaced it and charged me $20. That is a lot for tiny repair job. I felt being rip-off. I don't recommend this place to anybody in town. (Btw, a lot of other places don't charge for a nose pad.) I called Bothell Vision Center back and wanted to talk to the owner. The front desk lady was very rude.
