I called this office several times telling them I was in pain and needed dental care as soon as possible I was totally ignored. They never called me back very very unprofessional Any caring dentist would have reached out to at least say they weren’t available, but they did not even have the common courtesy to do that. I’ve had a fantastic experience at Bothell Smiles and couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. Dr. Wang recently performed a filling for me, and she was exceptional. She took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure beforehand, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. After the procedure, she showed me before-and-after images of my teeth, which really helped me appreciate the care and precision of her work. I've been going here for several years now and really recommend Dr. Wang and her team. She does a wonderful job with my two kids (ages 2 and 4) who have been going to her since they were about 1. Both of them are excited to go to the dentist rather than nervous. For my own dental health, she is very straightforward and honest which is much better than other dentists I've had in the past. Highly recommend.
Great experience! After almost 30 years with the same dentist, the dentist I had been going to since I was a kid retired. This left me in search of a new dentist, so I decided to try out Bothell Smiles Family Dentistry and I couldn't have been more thrilled to find them.
