This 5 star rating is strictly for the maintenance staff. Alex is always so helpful and friendly. Renee so knowledgeable and professional. He came back when he said he would and went above and beyond. The maintenance staff is the best thing about these apartments. Ive had negative interactions with the office and billing staff but this review is not about them. Thank you Renee and Alex for your great service with a smile!
Verry disaster sarvice i leasing this apartment 2 months ago I did not check windows its not working but ons become hot I’m trying to open windows its not work n I complain they come they try but it cand fixed they told me some one coming now almos finish more than month still no one come I call office they are saying comings and off the month that means it’s gone be heat over I’m keep complaining but no one care even they not helping anyone in office I don’t know what canid service they have I rent apartments with equipment... read more
