Beware bait and switch leasing tactics. My first experiences with Junction was that the leasing office was extremely hard to get ahold of for a tour. Update: another example of this run down apartment building: Self-service maintenance!! During the annual window washing we received zero help in removing screens out of our windows on the 3rd-4th-5th floors. We are renters - not owners and so maintenance should be done by the maintenance staff, yes? Think about the liability? What if we fell out the window??
