Jake at the office is rude
Beware bait and switch leasing tactics. My first experiences with Junction was that the leasing office was extremely hard to get ahold of for a tour. Was turned away once (told me no one was available), told to schedule online (which doesn't work on their website), and resorted to coming back again and waiting half an hour in the office for someone to show up.
