Mark has a great eye for detail on HVAC systems, knows his stuff inside and out. When installing a new furnace and heat pump Bothell heating was the only company to actually check if I had enough heat registers and a correctly sized system. I was able to get a full system with new duct work, upgraded return air runs, and 4 new heat registers for less than other companies quotes for just a furnace replacement with a new heat pump. Excellent work for a great price.
WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY:This company came out and replaced my furnace a couple years ago but not the thermostat. When the thermostat went out the owner mark came out and installed the newest version of the honeywell thermostat. It did not work right after so I called him to come back out to figure out why and he said that it was fine must of been a glitch and told us to run it all through winter on emergency heat which doubled our power bill. The Installation technicians were very professional and took great care to make sure the new furnace fit well, and all the duct work was properly attached. The technicians also made sure that their work area was left in the same condition as before, and their entry path was well protected. Would not hesitate to recommend Bothell Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone for Heating installations or repairs.
