Bothell Heating and Air has been my only HVAC provider since 2007. The owner Mark is exceptionally knowledgeable and honest. He takes great pride in his work and has never tried to “sell” me something. He has installed a new furnace and central air system in my house. I have always trusted him and he is one of the nicest individuals I have ever met. He and his team know their work and I highly recommend them for any HVAC issues.
Mark is punctual, straightforward, and stands by his work. We called him for advice about replacing an old unreliable furnace. I never once felt like I was talking to a salesman. He gave our options to us straight and helped us get quality installers for our new heat pump. Finally, he offered to stand by his work by providing maintenance. I recommend Bothell Heating and Air Conditioning.
I've known Mark for 15 years and he has installed 2 heat pumps for me. He impressed me immediately when he took the time to explain the systems to me and my role in maintaining it. He is so knowledgeable and I trust him implicitly to give me the truth. I give him my highest recommendation and know that anyone who chooses Bothell Heating for their needs will be equally impressed with the professionalism and fair deals they deliver. Mark has a great eye for detail on HVAC systems, knows his stuff inside and out. When installing a new furnace and heat pump Bothell heating was the only company to actually check if I had enough heat registers and a correctly sized system. I was able to get a full system with new duct work, upgraded return air runs, and 4 new heat registers for less than other companies quotes for just a furnace replacement with a new heat pump. Excellent work for a great price.
WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY:This company came out and replaced my furnace a couple years ago but not the thermostat. When the thermostat went out the owner mark came out and installed the newest version of the honeywell thermostat. It did not work right after so I called him to come back out to figure out why and he said that it was fine must of been a glitch and told us to run it all through winter on emergency heat which doubled our power bill.
