Mike came out to install a mini split in my home. He installed the unit with the drain line sloping up. He left quite the gap between the wall and the unit which is how I could see the line going up in the first place. He then zip tied the line on the other side of the wall going upwards!!! That’s 2 heavy slopes, upwards. The brand new unit is obviously not draining at all. I’m not an HVAC technician but I understand gravity and water will not flow upwards without a pump. Boutetort Mechanical has been the most unreliable company we have ever dealt with. Initially, we thought they were great. Mike came and put Freon in our unit and we all thought the situation was resolved. It turned out it wasn’t, so we put in another work order for a follow up through our warranty company. This is where the problems began. Es la peor compañía Con la que he tratado son muy Impro profesionales no se comunican No avisan cuando van a llegar ni a qué hora y si te dicen la hora 100% seguro que no van a llegar a esa hora es la peor compañía lo vuelvo a repetir Si pudiera darle cero estrellas se la daría

They worked with my warranty provider to expedite my call due to us having a two week old baby and No AC on the hottest day of the year (that's when it always goes out, right?). Mike was out within 2 hours and had it running again in about an hour. Highly recommend them.
