I was recommended to see Dr Zavras 10 years ago by my brother, to undergo heart screening along with other tests for a familial matter. I would like to share my experience with Botany Medical Centre. I came to this clinic the day after I got a wooden splinter embedded in my finger. I explained the situation to the GP, Dr Sonjoy, and I was immediately told that I needed to go directly to the emergency department. I asked if the doctor could help by opening the wound and attempting to remove the splinter, but I was told: “No, I really can’t do that.” The following day, I returned and saw another doctor who was willing to have a look. Great doctors
Can get very busy, been going here for years and I don't think I've ever been attended on time. Makes up for thorough gp consultation.
Don’t book. If you have something scheduled book 2 hours before hand. There is the worst wait. I’ve tried coming over the span of 2 weeks and both times have waited more than 2 hours.
