I have always appreciated the care that Dr Nan Gu provides, which makes it genuinely disappointing that I cannot support this practice anymore. Today I was quoted $274 for an Implanon removal, then received another call advising that I would need to book an additional appointment at a cost of $80. Dr Biwas, appalling, rude and unprofessional!
Just paid my last visit to this place after 30 years of going there. Twice the doctors there have given me a medical certificate and said to just call them if I needed it extended. Unfortunately the money grubbing management get involved and tell you you’re not getting another certificate unless you pay for a consultation. In other words they renege on the doctor’s promise.
