Not the greatest. The reception is lovely and most of the doctors are pretty good, some do rush you through but most of them are good. The wait times are ridiculous. Make an appointment bring a pillow, blanket and a good book. Ive been here so long im beginning to think there going to put me on the payroll. 1st hour down and counting
My family has been visiting this medical center over forty years, yesterday i had a deep cut in my thumb by angle grinder, i quickly rushed there without my wallet, Dr.Elaine who is owner business principal refuse to see me she wanted money before she can see me, i left in pain without treatment. i would have paid by eft once i returned home. she has just proved money before patients care, she is heartless individual now i wonder how serious she takes care of her patients even if she prescribes proper treatment. Worst medical centre in Sydney. Everyone here is inept. The receptionists are useless and don’t listen to you nor do the drs. You’re either getting rushed out without adequate care, waiting 1-2 hours wether you booked an appointment or not or getting prescribed the wrong medication despite drs being aware of your full medical history. They’ll make an uninformed decision and prescribe you drugs that’ll make your condition worse. Everyone here deserves to be reported.
