We couldn't have been more pleased with their work! We had an emergency situation, with three rotted Saguaros that sat at the corner of our property, right where two busy streets connected. We have heavy vehicle and foot traffic starting at 4:30 in the morning and throughout the day and night so we were very concerned that if they fell it could be fatal to someone going by. Where do we begin. Our nightmare started when we hired Botanists of the Valley (BOV) and paid well over 6 figures to have our landscaping completed. We trusted them with our property as they claim to be botanists and palm tree experts. We had issues with our project from the very start. The work they did was fine but communication has been pretty crappy. I’ve been trying for a month to get them to come look at a leak but of course they can’t make seem to try and fix their work now that they’ve been paid. When working on my yard they messed up a door, part of my porch and took a chunk of my house wall when working. I also had to micromanage the project to make sure they did what I was paying for and I’m sure there are things they didn’t do. It was like my project was an afterthought for them. Great company and a pleasure to work with. Had them work on our entire backyard. Removed grass, Installed pavers, turf, fireplace, 2 pergolas, irrigation, plants and rock. Worked with them for about 5 months (took longer because of all the rain we were getting). Luis and Marty are professional, communicative and honest. Finished within budget and I am looking forward to working with them again. Anyone looking to do landscaping, call this company first. 5+ star company!

Hire these guys! Luis and his crew are the absolute best. Reliable, friendly and professional. They installed all of our pavers and built a beautiful custom outdoor kitchen for us. It’s phenomenal! We highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you Luis for everything!

Botanist of the Valley is as good as it gets. From first meeting/estimates with Marty, to design with Luis, installation, and even clean up. These guys are the essence of pros. The install crew of Emil, Brian and Casteel carried out every detail with care and dedication. The work was back-breaking at times, but Emil, Brian and Casteel worked seamlessly as a team.
