At first I really liked Melissa; she was friendly and seemed to be accommodating. She provided a quote and told me 50% was due to hold the spot. I paid the deposit and worked with her on plans. While working with her, I came across several negative reviews and was surprised - why were her reviews so strong on the Knot?
