Kristen is kind, patient, and extremely competent. My daughter was so nervous for her first wax appointment but Kristen took the time to explain everything and made her feel comfortable. I highly recommend Botanical!
Kristin is not only the most amazing esthetician, she is also one of the most amazing human beings. She is knowledgable, caring, and takes time to learn about her clients. Her facials are the best in town. I have skin that breaks out often but after a facial from Kristin my skin clears within days (I had acne free skin on my wedding day thanks to her). I wouldn't trust anyone else to touch my skin or brows!
I've followed Kristin for a few years now. Her new place is the best yet! She is meticulous in her attention to her clients' individual needs. On top of everything she can do for your skin, she is a brow wizard!
