I have been looking for a new GP for more holistic health care, as I’ve found my local medical centre to be very overwhelmed with patients and the care has been very rushed. Botanica Medical Centre has been an absolutely wonderful find. I found them on Google and they had such great reviews so I booked a long appointment to go through my health history with the GP. It was first time at this practice and was very please with the care I received. I felt heard and that my best interest was really considered. Dr Thalagan was very professional but albsolutely Pleasant. The receptionist Nisha is very helpful and knowledgable. I received a lot of helpful and useful information. I would definitely start coming here as my regular GP practice.
Place seems all good. Nisha at the front desk was lovely and helpful. My time with Dr Sri Ram Kumarasiri was super chill and the dude was understanding of my needs and concerns. All in all, a pleasant experience. Will be going back again.
From the moment I wandered in like a deer in headlights, the lovely Nisha (receptionist) welcomed me with such guidance, kindness and warmth. From the moment you walk into the beautiful Botanica Medical Centre you are welcomed by the lovely receptionist Nisha who is always happy to assist you followed by the wonderful doctors including Dr Thana Alagan and Dr Ragu Renganathan thank you for looking after my family when in need. They also have Pathology, Dental, Chiro, Psychology and many other services available.
