Great experience!! Nisha the receptionist was fantastic. Very warm and helpful. Dr. Shri and Dr. Edmond are excellent practitioners. They listen to concerns and problems before they give their professional opinion. Very accessible and reachable compared to busy practices. I honestly feel they do put patients first unlike some of the other practices in Sydney.
I have been looking for a new GP for more holistic health care, as I’ve found my local medical centre to be very overwhelmed with patients and the care has been very rushed. I had a fantastic experience with Jay, the chiropractor at Botanica Medical Team. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and really takes the time to explain everything clearly. It was first time at this practice and was very please with the care I received. I felt heard and that my best interest was really considered. Dr Thalagan was very professional but albsolutely Pleasant. The receptionist Nisha is very helpful and knowledgable. I received a lot of helpful and useful information. I would definitely start coming here as my regular GP practice.
Nisha is incredibly friendly and provides outstanding customer service! She goes above and beyond every time we visit. She even remembered my whole family, which made us feel truly special and valued. Dr. Alagan is also amazing—professional, kind, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. Together, they make every visit a great experience. We always feel well cared for and appreciated. Highly recommend!
