Nice area and nice apartments. Been here for 7 months now. Maintenance requests have all been completed quickly. Utilities have been low. Having a reserved parking space right out front is amazing. Only major issue has been stolen/missing packages.
Last review was 8 months ago, and I'm not sure what was going on back then. If there were a lot of problems, things have definitely changed. I have my own garage, a spacious place, in an amazing area (literally walking distance for all my grocery needs and restaurants) for a lower price than the previous apartment I lived in. My work orders have been competed within a day of making them. The management team is very communicative and responsive. Terrible places to live, over prived for very cheap decorating. Customer service is terrible and Forest City employees even complain about a poor work environment.
It's very unfortunate that the leasing offices in Stapleton have ruined this area for me. I love this up and coming area and all the things available here. However, be cautious when renting an apartment with any of the Stapleton Apartments. THE FLOOR PLANS POSTED ARE NOT CORRECT! I have raised this issue with many people at the office and they still have not done anything to fix the issue. I have lost out on $380 because of their inaccurate floor plans posted online and because I trusted their word. I will never trust this c... read more
